They leave, eventually

Monday, December 25th, 2006

Everyone’s leaving, if not to NS, it’s college. I mean, it’s part of growing up, yes, i understand, but it really doesn’t hit you, untill it does. Haha, not making sense? I know, i’m confusing myself as well.

When next year’s batch leave, what happens? Honestly, they’re the very few friends who mean the world to me. I’d trust them with my life if i had to.

It’s been a dull Christmas.

Merry Christmas, everyone.

She’s back

I shall write an update on Phuket when i’m in a more cheerful mood.

What is right, and what is wrong?

There’s no precised answer to that, is there? It’s a rhetorical question, if you ask me. Life gets frustrating when the simplest things complicate you.

It makes you wonder if you’re judgements are- right, or wrong.

Guilt, jealousy, confusion, anguish takes hold after. Same old routine.

I wouldn’t say life’s entirely unfair.

Bittersweet. Yea, that’s it.

There’s still sand in my headphones

Monday, December 4th, 2006

Yea, I admit beaches aren’t exactly a 100% fun guaranteed. My right headphone is still munted, and my back is char grilled. And so here I am, tuned to my nano with my one-piece functioning only headphones, sitting before my laptop.

Spm kids are done with. Yay for them.

It’s scary, how it’s already been a year. Time flies. I’ve made so many new friends just being away from home for 10 months, and it’s astonishing how such a short period of time can change someone so dramatically.

After being sent away from home for nearly a year, Stephanie, once being incapable of undertaking many, many, many tasks, is now a changed woman, girl, kid, lady, girl.

Not only can she iron her clothes (oh yes), she now has mastered the art of taking the public transport.

She is competent in walking back from school when the weather permits.

Stephanie has also gone through an almighty improvement- emerging from someone of zero sense of direction, to someone who knows NOT only the names of various streets, but also WHERE bouts it is located. Such a remarkable accomplishment.

She is also able to identify the difference between Taiwanese, Korean and Japanese- one mission she found ridiculously complex when she first arrived in NZ.

Mom will be so proud.

18 hours to go, 1080 minutes, 64800 seconds.

I really should start packing.

Burnt

I haven’t been getting enough sleep lately, ever since Thursday. LOL much deserved break i suppose.

Damn, i can’t wait till im 18 next year.

Yesterday was awesome! Went to Long Bay. The bay was, very very, long. Yes :p All the outing and lack of sleep kinda accumulated over the days, i’m so exhausted today. Bumming at Ann’s place at the moment. I’ve got tomorrow to get everthing sorted out before Tuesday. I STILL HAVE TO CLEAN MY ROOM BUMMER you have NO idea how messy it is. Like, it can’t even be verbally described. You’d have to see it to believe it. My chair is nonexistent. No actually, my chair AND my floor, for that matter. I need to start packing. Hmm…

Lisa bought me the M.A.C. eye-shadow i wanted!!!! I love my Lisa so so much. And and and BLUEEEEEEEEE CONTACTSSSSS YEYAAAA Ying and Cliff got them for me! I caaaannnn’t wait to try them on. Maybe i’ll get Lisa to help me tomorrow weeeeee~ I love early Christmas presents :D

I actually don’t quite want to go back anymore :p So much will be happening here without me! Christmas at the park next Friday (i think). I won’t be around for Christmas with the gang! And neither for Ying’s birthday :(  And Marvin’s New Year’s Party! Goddamn. Then again, i’m guessing i’ll have my share of fun back in Msia. The much awaited shopping spree, the Cousin Trip!!!!, Prom, DRIVER’S LICENSE :) should be alright on the whole.

Oh, and if you haven’t yet watched Borat, my advice to you is that you don’t, please. It’s probably the most disturbing, vulgar, repulsive show i’ve ever seen in my life. It’s stupid.

1 more day to go, 24 hours, 1440 minutes, 86400 seconds. Breakfast at Yoou’s place Tuesday morning. She’s making us pancakes and waffles awwww…
