To Johanabanana!

I had the best-er-est two days up Northshore with youuuu! If only I took more pictures. Thanks for bringing me around Jo. I’ll definitely be harassing you to come visit again, and again, and again. Bad move for inviting me over, but too bad. Haha ;) I like your church friends too. Tee hee hee! :D Thanks lots for sending me all the way back home after, well actually, your brother, but still J

♣

Anyhow, I feel battered up. My joints ache so bad… L Probably from all running just the other day. Man, I’m so unfit.

Our holidays have started, and I’m relieved, happy, glad, (was) overjoyed, and now bored. What to do, what to do… L Someone please bring me out! I’m such an easily aggravated brat when it comes to self-amusement. Apart from Tuesday and Wednesday being entirely entertaining at Jo’s, I’m back to square one, again. Yay. I was initially looking forward to Saturday- being that, we were SUPPOSE to be going to Long Bay for a BBQ at the beach- But yes, misfortune forbids and so, mission aborted. L L L and to think I just bought a new pair of bikini. Boo hoo hoo!

I think I’ll go visit Ying after all. Not quite sure what time she’s working today though. And that brings me to my second matter that provokes me, as well. (I know, I have issues) I WANT A JOB! Rarrr! I’ve been trying to negotiate my proposal of $20 per hour for piano accompaniment. But I have a gutted feeling she’s not going reconcile. Ah well, we’ll see how it goes.

So yes, another week to go before hell, again. Our finals will be in mid-November. My effort of brainwashing myself into believing that the finals will be 100,000,000x harder than the trials has somehow 68% worked. Haha I’m so gullible to myself. (How does that work?)

The bored saga continues… unfortunately.

You

Sunday, September 24th, 2006

It’s been a while. Still,

you are able to bring out

the best in me,

So naturally

you.

I smile,

at your quirky acts.

Laugh,

at your witty comments.

Amusing.

So genuinely

you.

I’ve grown accustomed

to your liking of

heavy metal music and

drumming.

Your fondness of

confiding in me,

and vice versa.

Yet,

because of you

I am cordoned

within such dense emotions.

Of confusion, denial,

Of frustration, hurt.

You bruise me,

Simply by being

you..

Because what seems

to be,

You will not feel the same.

I know this, because I know

all too well

you.

@#$~&*#@!!!!!!!!!

Well, I try, people. I try. But that’s not what today’s entry is about, really. :p

Us Physics literate students went to Rainbow’s End last week for our greatly anticipated “field” trip, which was HELLOTTA FUN much educating- touching on topics of motions and forces and such. Yea.

Fear Fall (see picture), phhst… wasn’t one bit scary.

Fear_fallOkay maybe a little IT WAS HELL I could’ve pissed myself, fuck. I’ve never screamed such large amplitudes ever before! I swear never ever ever ever to try bungee jumping! Even if tempted with a million gazillion years of free Baskin Robbins! I would’ve flown off my seat if it wasn’t for the sturdy harnest holding me back. No, really. My ass was not in contact with the seat on the way down…. *cries after reminiscing. Oh and the suspense kills just as well. It takes approximately 20.6 seconds (we timed it, for “learning” intentions) to climb its way up, whereas the fall only requires a nice 2.7 seconds. Not fun, my friends. Too bad it doesn’t look as intimidating as I’d hoped to describe it. Maybe it’s the handwriting. Hm…

But other than that, everything else was good fun. (: At least, much less terrorizing than the Fear Fall. Ooo we loved the aqua-bumper cars/ boats! ♥ Kiddish, but all good :p

* Team Yoisaeph (Yoou, Lisa & Steph) kicked arse! HA HA HA

Oh, and the bottom pictures are some of the other rides we happen to find amusing.

Lovin’ spring

Tuesday, September 12th, 2006

I’ve been blogging so often lately. We’ve gotten back a whole tonne (or is it ton?) of test results, nearly all, in a span of 3 days. Which is a good thing, i suppose?

Anyway, I’ve got good news and bad news for mommay dear.

Good news- I GOT EXCELLENCE FOR ALL MY SUBJECTS!!!! WOOHOO!

Bad news- that’s not true.

Lol no, it’s not as bad as you think it is. But HOLLY FUCK I PASSED 3 OUT OF 4 PAPERS FOR ENGLISH, 2 OF WHICH WITH EXCELLENCE!!!! Again, I’m not as mentally incapacitated as it seems. English has proved itself worthy of a remarkably challenging subject for me during my 9 month sojourn (hopefully) here. And that’s not cool, at all. Anyhow, im fuckin pleased with my grades. Efforts not wasted. Well done, Steph. Well done. Self-praise is not a crime by the way, okay? :p

Summer’s on its way. Days are gettin brighter and warmer!

Mascot run is not gonna happen after all. DAMNIT. Really wanted it to work!!! Rawwwrrrr! Fantasy Costumes (check out those bear suits while you’re at it. Dayem, sexay. And what the fuck’s wrong with Donald Duck?!) hasn’t contacted Lisa back yet…. XD hahahaha. Instead, we will be holding a summer excursion to the shore, a day of crucial food sampling, an expedition to the -okay we’re having a picnic. We’re still being really indecisive bitches, which is driving Cliff up the wall, but we have a few places in mind. Waiheke Island or Long Bay. Hmm…

Too long

Monday, September 11th, 2006

Too long, since the last reverberation of excitement heard. Since the rave of "when?", "what should I wear?" and "who do I take?".

Too long a time.

To much dismay, the words "prom", "ball" and so forth have often been heaved with a dubious sigh in respond.

Does it not bother you, you insipid fools? That us, all of us, have been deprived of glamorous balls and fancy dresses, lavish pre-balls and alcohol abundant afters, one night stands and heavy hung overs the next regretted morning? What ever happened to the world wide "must-have" tradition of all high schools? We have been helplessly striped off of every student’s rights! Blindly divested of what we well deserve after surviving 11 tormenting years of corrupted education agony.

We cannot allow this despicable conspiracy to continue!Does it not disturb you, that the famed dream of every high school student- To pamper, dance, make tipsy and drunk later of oneself; has so simply vanished among the youth of Seremban? It is about time all this came to a halt. Don’t you agree?

Students of Seremban, I plead you all to wake up from this feeble hallucination! Come to you senses! We have to, want to, WILL have a prom this year! Our schools shame us all, but we shall not allow something of such insignificance ruin our one-year-only fête. Listen, my fellow comrades, we need to cooperate in order of making it an eventful occasion. It is time we rose and revolted! Pay the requisite amount of money! Sacrifice revision time if you must! Skip SPM if necessary! (no, don’t do that) Let this be a jump start to a following episode of joyous events for our younger associates!

So, are you with me? Yes, we shall make it MORE than a dream, MORE than just a talk! For you, and for me. For the youth of Seremban!

Yours sincerely,

Stephanie,

-giveusabloodyprom, for God’s sake.

The reason i smile

The moon’s watching me tonight.

Sidewalks dimly lit by

her silver radiance.

Walking,

at a blasé pace, I feel the

temperate warmth of

spring, gently sweeping

aside the fringe.

A certain affection,

for this fond sentiment

still lingers.

The moon comprehends.

For she too, feels this

peculiar barrenness

every night among

the star strewn only sky. Yet,

she beams. Illuminating the

below. Silhouettes of tree branches,

and the newly bloomed cherry blossoms.

Let go, she says.

And smile.

Life’s harsh

BUT NOT ANYMORE!

WOOHOO MY EXAMS ARE FINALLY OVER! You have NO idea how happy i actually am! It’s like, handing out a pair of BMW keys, saying: "here’s your new car, Steph, for being the bestest, greatest, most amazing daughter ever!"

Oh_yeah_1

Okay. Maybe not aaaaas enthusiasticly ecstatic, but close enough :p

It’s been a while since i last blogged. I’ve been brutally deprived of sleep. I can’t believe it myself but yes, steph apparently DOES go to the library to check out boys study. But that’s all come to an end. Till November, of course. Yeyarrhh, Rainbow’s End trip’s in Week 9! :D Just before Lisa and Yoou leave for

Japan! Me cants waits!

We’re thinking of having a "walk" along Queen Street…….. in oversized, moldy bear suits. You know, like those similar to A&W’s mascot? Yeah. We had the whole contradiction idea in mind at first- dressing up like cute-sie topsy teddy bear look-alikes, but armed with platic guns and knifes. But… we figured we’d be arrested if we ever walked near ANZ Bank, or the National Bank of New Zealand, or ASB Bank, which would be almost impossible to avoid cause they’re ALL ALONG QUEEN STREET! So we stuck with the "Goldie Locks and the 3 Bears" theme. Cliff playing Pops, Lisa the Mom, and me… yea, so what if I’m the smallest?! We’ll be walking around the city stalking blonde chicks, get it? "Goldie" Locks = blonde? If you don’t then congrats you’re stupid. Ying’s media skills will serve us well :p she’ll be filming.

Oi im actually being serious here, okay? Hope all goes well. Will try and get it up on youtube or something, if we manage to get it done that is. I REALLY REALLY WANT TO! Ying thinks its the post-exam stress, i just think it’s me (:
